The Classic 4 Plus is Evolution’s best-selling family cart and one of the most popular community carts in Florida and the Sun Belt. At $6,795 MSRP (typical dealer out-the-door $8,500-10,000) it’s the cheapest lithium 4-seater with a touchscreen and backup camera on the market.
What you get for the price is real: lifetime chassis warranty, 5-year lithium battery warranty, 9-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth stereo, LED lights, and plush seats. The 6.3 kW motor is on the stronger end of the budget segment.
The trade-offs are real too. Course-only out of the box (the 19 mph cap means it can’t be registered as an LSV without dealer kit work). Dealer service quality is reportedly inconsistent versus ICON or Club Car. Stock 14-inch wheels limit off-pavement capability.
For a Florida/Carolina community-cart shopper who wants the most feature density per dollar and doesn’t need street-legal status, the Classic 4 Plus is the volume pick. For lifted off-road, look at the EZGO Liberty.
